The Story

Taste Invader teas come straight out of Hackney Wick. Inspired by the creative, edgy urban environment, these blends push the boundaries of tradition (and some may say sanity!). They are in a class of their own.

We don’t copy. We imagine. At Taste Invader, the art of blending is taken to the next level, from fresh twists on classics to daring, devilish creations. Always uncompromising on quality. Teatime now comes loaded with excitement and anticipation. 

If you inspire to live a life less bland, these teas are for you. 

Taste Invader was created by Simon Jack. Simon is not a coffee drinker whatsoever so he poured all his efforts into enjoying tea instead.

He started making his own blends as got a bit bored of the bland and samey or teas that promise flavour but are really just full of pretty-looking bits and pieces. After too many disappointingly weak Earl Greys, he decided to take matters into his own hands.

The result is the first batch of unique blends designed to have unmissable, punchy flavours. Even some hardcore coffee-only drinkers have since been converted into tea adventurers.

The plan is to continue to expand the range and find inspiration for more unique and daring blends. Expect to see new blends appearing and also some trial blends in our quest to make tea a more exciting experience. Be sure to subscribe to be the first to know about all the developments.
